Marcus Reichert, artist, author, and writer/director of Debbie Harry’s debut film Union City, will be attending the opening reception of his art exhibition in Boston, tonight from 6-8pm. Hosted by Adelson Galleries Boston, Les Fleurs features a selection of large, distinct works on paper. Admission is free, so if you’re in the area, don’t miss your chance to meet the artist who brought us Union City and wrote a book about the making of the film. Marcus will only be attending the opening reception, but the exhibition of his art runs through August 2.

The “Chris Stein/Negative: Me, Blondie, and the Advent of Punk,” show now at London’s Somerset House has been extended until Feb. 8th! Exhibit features 60 color and black-and-white images by Mr. Stein and coincides with the release of a book of the same name from Rizzoli. The show offers an unvarnished look at Ms. Harry and other artists whom most people know only from record covers and concert performances.
